Joe Burdick is a Managing Broker and REALTOR® dual-licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, serving a broad range of clients across Northwest Indiana—Schererville, St. John, Crown Point, Dyer, Highland, Munster, Cedar Lake, Valparaiso—and into Illinois communities. Since becoming licensed in 2021, Joe has closed 178 transactions, amassing over $32 million in sales volume while averaging nearly 30 transactions annually. His performance places him among the top 100 producing agents in the Northwest Indiana REALTORS® Association.

Prior to real estate, Joe dedicated 30 years to the engineering field, where he honed his analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail—qualities that now give his clients a strategic edge in navigating every aspect of buying and selling. Whether it's pricing, negotiations, or contract management, Joe’s service-first philosophy ensures each client is supported with transparency and care.
